How to cook

OVEN FROM CHILLED 30 MINUTES 

Elec 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 (add 10 mins)

1. Pre-heat oven & remove film. To get the crispiest duck legs, remove them and place on a lined baking tray in the centre of oven.
2. Unfold the foil & tightly wrap over the top of the tray with lentils. Place in oven (away from any element or flame) alongside tray of potatoes & duck legs and cook for 30 mins
3. After cooking, make sure it's piping hot.

Not suitable for microwave or air fryer. Please do not grill.
