How to cook

OVEN FROM CHILLED 50 MINS

Elec 200°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 6 (add 5 mins)

1. Pre-heat oven, remove film & place the Wellington on a lined, preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame). For a glossy finish, brush the pastry with beaten egg before cooking.

2. Cook for 50 mins, then rest for 2 mins.

3. For the cleanest serve, cut into pastry with a bread knife, then continue with a carving knife.

Not suitable for microwave or air fryer. Please do not grill.
