How to cook

HOW TO PREPARE AT HOME:

30 MINS

Electric 200°C

Fan 180°C

Gas Mark 6

Please don't grill!

1. Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the Calabrian chicken in its wooden tray. To get the crispiest potatoes, empty them onto one side of a baking tray (they're still delicious when cooked in our wooden tray).

2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.

3. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.

This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn’t suitable for microwaving. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

What our customers say

Absolutely delicious. Tried this for the first time and will definitely be buying again. The chicken was tender and well-trimmed.

My wife and I eat ready meals once or twice a week. We have just enjoyed for the first time your Calabrian chicken and would like to report it was one of the nicest meals we have ever had. Please ensure that this is available from Waitrose on an ongoing basis and keep up the good work!
