Slow-cooked pork in our rich Tuscan inspired ragu made with tomatoes, rosemary & oregano. Served with rigatoni pasta and topped with Parmesan.

How to cook

30 MINS

Electric 200°C

Fan 180°C. Gas Mark 6 (+ 10 mins). Please don't grill!

1. Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the pasta in its wooden tray.

2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.

3. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.

This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn’t suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.

Rigatoni pasta (water, durum wheat semolina), tomatoes, British pork (16%), onions, tomato purée, Cheddar cheese (milk), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (3%) (milk), honey, wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), extra virgin olive oil, garlic purée, chicken stock (water, yeast extract, salt, chicken bones, chicken fat, dried potatoes), capers, red pepper flakes, rapeseed oil, salt, rosemary, parsley, fennel seeds, grape vinegar, oregano, yeast, sage, thyme, chillies, ground coriander, white pepper, ground nutmeg.
