Please don't grill!

1. Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the Sicilian chicken in its wooden tray. To get the crispiest potatoes, empty them onto one side of a baking tray (they're still delicious when cooked in our wooden tray).

2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.

3. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.

This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn’t suitable for microwaving. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

What our customers say

Good quality chicken meal very tasty and value for money.

Just tried your Sicilian chicken and myself and my husband loved it! The sauce was delicious and the roast potatoes nice and crispy

Charlie Bigham's takes the worry out of putting a good meal on the table when you haven't the time to spend preparing something yourself. I believe they are good quality ingredients, always taste delicious and prepared and on the plates without any fuss. You just pop everything in the oven leaving you valuable time to spend with family or your friends and enjoy yourself.

I bought this meal on Friday as I needed a quick meal and was surprised how nice it was. The potatoes went crispy in the oven and the chicken in the sauce was tender.

I’m always looking for ways to make everything we do even better, so if you have any ideas, I’d love to hear what you think.
