Paella with Chicken, King Prawns & Chorizo

What makes this dish different

Paella is a classic, so we make it the classical way, layering the sauce and super absorbent short grain rice with marinated chicken, king prawns and spicy chorizo. Authentic pimentón (smoked Spanish paprika) and rosemary pack in the flavour, along with the authentic seafood base of lobster stock, white wine and a dash of lemon.

How to cook

Elec 220°C/ Fan 200°C/ Gas 7 (add 5 mins)

Pre-heat oven & remove film. Unfold the foil located beneath the tray & tightly wrap over the top of the wooden tray.

Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame). Cook for 20 mins. Remove the tray, stir thoroughly, and return to the oven without foil to cook for a further 15 mins (+ 5 mins for gas).

After cooking, make sure it's piping hot. Stir before serving.

Not suitable for microwave or air fryer. Please do not grill. Must be cooked prior to consuming.

Cooked rice (rice, water), onions, chicken (11%), king prawns (8%) (crustaceans), white wine (sulphites), tomatoes, red peppers, water, chorizo (4%) (pork, paprika, salt, garlic, preservatives: sodium nitrite, antioxidant: rosemary extract), rapeseed oil, chicken stock (water, yeast extract, salt, chicken bones, chicken fat, dried potatoes), garlic, lemon juice, lobster stock (water, salt, cornflour, sugar, tomato purée, yeast extract, lobster powder (crustaceans), anchovies (fish), cod powder (fish), rapeseed oil, lemon juice concentrate, tapioca starch), tomato purée, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, honey, pork gelatine, ground spices (smoked paprika, fennel, turmeric, black pepper, chillies, saffron), parsley, cornflour, rosemary, fennel.

Secret ingredient: obsession.

*Don’t worry, this is part of the traditional curing method of chorizo.
