How to cook

For One

Preheat your oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan/gas mark 6. Please don't grill!

  1. Pre-heat oven. Remove the film but leave the meatballs al forno in its wooden tray.
  2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.
  3. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.

This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn’t suitable for microwaving. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

For Two

Please never change the packaging or recipe of the Meatballs Al Forno! My non verbal autistic 5 year old daughter absolutely loves them and it's not often she'll eat a hot meal! Thank you for making it so tasty that she'll eat it! One will be her Christmas dinner next week :)
