What makes this dish different

We think Macaroni Cheese is the ultimate comfort food. To make this much-loved dish, we combine our favourite Barber’s vintage mature cheddar with Grana Padano and Regato cheeses. Dry cured bacon, ciabatta breadcrumbs, rosemary and cracked black pepper add texture and flavour, and a little mozzarella gives that extra indulgence as you serve.

How to cook

For One

Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Please don't grill!

  1. Pre-heat oven. Remove the film but leave the macaroni cheese in its wooden tray.
  2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.
  3. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.

This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn’t suitable for microwaving. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

For Two
