What our customers say

Hi to all at Bigham’s, just enjoyed your lamb meatballs & cous cous for the first time this evening. I often cook a Lamb tagine from scratch and have to say your dish was delicious. One flavour stood out for me, and it was the mint. Will certainly add it to my recipe in future. Your cous cous was really fluffy as well. Had I not had an Argentinian Syrah open, I would probably opted for a dry white. Either way this was yet another great addition to your extensive range.

I’m always looking for ways to make everything we do even better, so if you have any ideas, I’d love to hear what you think.
