Deliciously sweet cherry compote, topped with a light almond frangipane, sprinkled with flaked almonds. Delicious with crème fraîche.

How to cook

Sharing Pudding

Preheat your oven to 220C / 200C fan / gas mark 7. Please don't grill!

  1. Pre-heat oven. Remove the film but leave the puddings in their wooden trays.
  2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 12 mins (if cooking from frozen cook for an extra 5 mins).
  3. Serve immediately. Make sure the puddings are piping hot.

The puddings are best cooked fresh but can be frozen at home.
